Nautilus is the only form of exercise that fulfills all of the basic requirements necessary for total body conditioning. It is designed to work within the limitations of the human body. Nautilus is the "final word" in exercise. It is the first logical approach to exercise - the only type of exercise based on a solid foundation of facts, undeniable laws of physics, and established principles of physiology.

How do I start a fitness program?equipment3

Make a commitment to exercise regularly. Start slowly and at a lower level of intensity than someone who has been exercising regularly. Continue regularly and ignore excuses to quit or procrastinate. Increase intensity and decrease the time involved as soon as you become more efficient. Make a gradual increase.

How long does it take?

equipment4A maximum of 30 minutes 3 times per week. Sometimes 2 times a week will provide better results with extreme intensity workouts. A minimum of 15 minutes 3 times a week. The variation in the amount of time is in the ability to move quickly from one piece of equipment to another without sacrificing form and desired repetitions. The pace you set should be as fast as you can go from one piece of equipment to another. While on the equipment, the movement should be under control without throwing the weight.

What kind of results can I expect?

Strength and endurance can be seen in two weeks. Toning and firming in three to four weeks. Nautilus develops flexibility, cardiovascular ability, stamina metabolic fitness, and increases your ability to perform work.

Can women develop large muscles?

99 percent of women could not develop large muscles if their lives depended on it! Proper exercise is worthwhile for women because it tones and conditions her muscles, which in turn keeps fat and skin from sagging.
